How long does it take to process an order?

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. You will get a confirmation email about the status of your order/shipping details as shipping may vary based on location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping will vary based on location but all prints and painting are sent by UPS express shipping. Typically all orders will ship between 1-2 weeks across the U.S after an order has been placed. If it has been more than 3 weeks since order placement, and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please reach out to blackfropaints@gmail.com.

Do you currently ship internationality?

Currently we are not at scale to ship internationally but are working to be able to expand in the future. If you are interested in a custom piece and are located outside of the U.S, please reach out to blackfropaints@gmail.com.

How are prints packaged?

Every print is packaged in a UPS express Pak. A UPS pak is a cardboard box designed to wrap around your documents and electronic media for secure and safe fit.

How are paintings packaged?

All paintings are packed by professionals who take great care in securing your item(s) for shipment. We uphold quality packaging standards for the safe arrival of your item(s).

Do you accept commissioned projects?

Yes. If you would like a custom painting or commissioned piece, please reach out via email. Please include size of canvas, colors, and as much detail as possible of what you would like and I will get back to you within 48 hours.

What are sizes of your prints?

All prints come in two sizes, small and large. Small prints hold standard paper dimensions of 11x8 inches. Large prints hold dimensions of 11x17 inches .
